08.2015 - present Daugherty Business Solutions Creative Manager

Advanced company brand identity to be consistent across all media and platforms. Established reputation as a trusted advisor in the company for UI/UX skills. Frequently advise consultants on the visual direction of materials (presentations, print materials, UI). Manage all aspects of company website which includes design and development with core web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) as well as some server administration via command line. Produce various video projects for clients using After Effects.

08.2010 - 08.2015 Enertech Manufacturing Senior Graphic/Web Designer

Created all traditional print and digital materials as well as a variety of brand assets. Managed all web properties which included consumer focused sites as well as dealer/distributor focused sites. Produced dealer locator web service. Developed savings calculator tool to be used on all brand sites and also extended to dealer sites. Designed and developed web-based warranty claim/registration application, using modern UI and UX methodologies. Performed basic server admin duties and acted as point of contact for web host.

05.2006 - 08.2010 AFFINA Graphic/Web Designer

Composed all marketing materials for company, from company website to printed collateral and internal branding pieces. Supported Human Resources by creating materials upon request to drive recruitment. Developed internal application for internal writing team to store boilerplate copy and assets to allow for quicker creation of client response documents.

09.2002 - 05.2006 Fedders North America Graphic Designer

Fedders North America was a company that designed and manufactured home and office HVAC equipment. While working there, I worked with Engineering and Product Planning to create advance and final spec sheets for air conditioners and other residential air treatment products. I also designed and updated carton artwork for production in China. Concepted and created layouts for product catalogs, training guides and promotional folders. Occaisionally mocked up physical cartons for in-store plan-o-gram setups and product line reviews. Also responsible for creation of Maytag branded site as well as updating corporate websites and online stores.

10.2000 - 12.2001 MillerWhite Advertising Graphic/Web Designer

Designed logos, newsletters and other various promotional materials for clients in team based and individual settings. Print based project responsibilities included, design and layout of project, calling and gathering quotes for printing costs and providing proofs for client approval. Internet based project responsibilities included providing concepts for the site design with flow chart illustrating site structure, creating html pages and animating and scripting flash animations.
