The challenge Create engaging content that people will read

AFFINA (now Hinduja Global Solutions) was having trouble getting messages to it call center employees across all locations. A leader from the development center had an idea to install a screensaver onto call center computers that pulled images from a central folder once a week during off hours. When CSRs went idle, the slideshow would begin. I was approached to work the creation of those images into my weekly schedule.

The result Positive reactions from the crowd

The intitiative was a success, the employees loved see a slideshow of images that had content they were interested in. The fact that the images changed weekly was also a bonus.
